Terms used

Where we say "we", "us" or "our" this means Inspired Australia Ltd. Where we say "you" or "your" then we mean any person, party or group making a booking using Inspired Australia as their facilitator. Where we say "providers" of "accommodation", "services" or "hotel" etc. we mean the providers of the accommodation, hotel, tour or any other service as described in the Inspired Australia web site or in any other communication with us.

The web site

Access to and use of any information on the Inspired Australia Ltd web site is conditional upon your acceptance of these web site usage conditions without modification. Please read them carefully — if you do not wish to accept any part of them, you must not use our web site.

Inspired Australia Ltd Accommodation Booking Conditions

The www.inspiredaustralia.com web site service is operated by Inspired Australia Ltd, a UK registered company with contact details as shown below. Inspired Australia Ltd is not a travel agent or tour operator (and therefore not bonded as such) but is a facilitator/accommodation booking agent, which has relationships with a number of independent accommodation providers, whose properties are featured on the web site and may be recommended in other communications. Your booking, when it is made, will not be with Inspired Australia Ltd but with the relevant provider.

All bookings for accommodation, trips or other services are subject to the booking conditions of the relevant provider. Customers are responsible for reading the provider's booking conditions of which you are advised at the time of booking.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until you have sent online, email or faxed confirmation (as required by the relevant provider) and provided your credit card details, paid any required deposits and the provider acknowledges receipt of your deposit/guarantee as per their own booking terms and conditions (as advised). Any amounts due from you will be made direct to the provider concerned. As such, we accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any services or arrangements you purchase or for the acts or omissions of any providers or other persons or parties connected with any arrangements.

If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking you must either contact Inspired Australia Ltd or the relevant provider immediately. Please note that cancellation/amendment charges may be payable to the provider as per their terms and conditions. The amount of such charges will depend on the individual provider's cancellation policy and typically this varies according to the period of notice given and their ability to re-sell the accommodation, service or tour.

If any provider with which you have an arrangement cancels a booking, amends a booking or for whatever reason cannot provide the services requested, Inspired Australia Ltd is not liable. However we will of course attempt to provide you with a suitable alternative where this is possible.

You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

Nothing on this web site constitutes an offer on our part or on the part of the providers. The matters detailed constitute an invitation to you to make an offer on the stated terms to purchase accommodation or services featured. The providers may accept or decline any such offer. All arrangements featured or referred to are at all times prior to specific confirmation by us, and subject to availability. No warranties, promises or representations are given as to availability or prices as published on the web site.

Where we have indicated that accommodation is 'Family Friendly' this is our opinion of the property and its suitability (and allowance of) children staying there — your own opinion may differ. Parents are always responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times and should not book any accommodation or activity that they feel could pose a risk to their children.

Please note that accommodation in Australia may not have facilities for the disabled that are of an equivalent standard to those found in the UK. Anyone suffering a disability should confirm with the provider suitability of the accommodation prior to making a booking. We have not evaluated any of the accommodation on the Inspired Australia Ltd web site in terms of disabled suitability but will liaise with providers if you have any specific enquires.

The use of this information by Inspired Australia Ltd in connection with the provision of Inspired Australia Ltd's services to you as stated in these terms and conditions.
The release by Inspired Australia Ltd of this information to each provider at the stage of the online/email/fax confirmation by you of booking.
The notification to you by email of marketing information including possible opportunities — provided that you have not expressed a wish (by contacting us to opt out) not to be so provided with such information.
The notification to you by other means (e.g. direct mail) of similar marketing information (including marketing with Third Party partners offering goods or services we consider relevant) provided that you have expressed a wish (by contacting us to opt out) to not be provided with such information.

Inspired Australia Ltd's Exclusion of Liability

Whilst Inspired Australia Ltd makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on www.inspiredaustralia.com, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes that may have occurred since the time of our research. All recommendations, opinions expressed and prices regarding properties and/or destinations displayed on www.inspiredaustralia.com are provided for guidance only. Personal descriptions have been written in good faith, are entirely our opinions and are therefore subjective. Services and facilities can be withdrawn at short notice and Inspired Australia Ltd does not accept any liability for the descriptions given. All views expressed are our own and individual opinions may differ. The prices published on the web site may change without notice, as may any currency exchange rates.

We do not accept responsibility for your direct dealings with any provider once an introduction has been made. All providers featured on Inspired Australia Ltd are themselves responsible for communicating with you a final quote and the booking conditions for your reservation.

Inspired Australia Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the accommodation or trips featured on the site. If during the course of your holiday or trip you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction (and we sincerely hope that you do not) you should contact the provider in order that remedial action may be taken at that time. However please do feel free to contact us also, and we will attempt to assist you to the best of our ability with the resolution of any issues that arise.

Inspired Australia Ltd is an independent contractor and nothing on this web site shall be construed to imply that there is any relationship between it and any of the providers whose accommodation or products are contained or referred to in this website. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with this web site including, for the avoidance of doubt and not by way of limitation, any use of any information or material contained in this website or any inability to access or use this website.

www.inspiredaustralia.com does contain links to third party sites. However, we do not control these third party web sites and are therefore not responsible for their content and we make no representations about the information contained in such web sites.
